Announced by Governor Kathy Hochul on July 28, 2025, this Request for Proposals (RFP) invites participants to compete for 15- to 25-year contracts supported by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority’s (NYSERDA’s) market-based Index Storage Credit (ISC) incentive.
