Sin Senh Speaking on PFAS Regulations
Wednesday, April 29 Sin Senh, PG, President and CEO of Roux, will speak as part of a continuing legal education (CLE)-accredited event in Mineola, New York. This event is hosted by the Nassau County Bar Association and the Academy of Law, a New York State-accredited provider of CLE, offering 175 live programs a year. Additionally, Roux is an event sponsor.
Long Island communities face many challenges in providing clean drinking water to their residents, as well as addressing and remediating historic and legacy contamination found on sites throughout New York. These municipalities and the companies continue to be engaged in efforts to address the class of contaminants known as “forever chemicals,” which include PFAS.
From 1:00-2:30pm EST, Sin Senh will discuss PFAS Forever Chemicals are Changing Water Quality, Public Health, and Increasing Costs: A Legal and Technical Review, the first panel of the day.
