Roux’s Marc Scarcella will present on the Global Settlements in Today’s Mass Tort Litigation panel, covering an overview of recent settlements and verdicts; the genesis and life cycle of a mass tort; claim compensation and distribution; and counsel, corporate, and insurer perspectives on the current litigation environment.

Later, Catherine Boston, MPH will contribute to a panel entitled The Gatekeeper: The Court’s Role in Allowing Scientific Evidence, analyzing Daubert and state rules of admissibility, proposed changes to Rule 702, and scientific methodology.
