Technical Director

Ms. DiJoseph is a Professional Engineer (PE) in several states with over twenty years of experience managing environmental remediation projects throughout the US from investigation, through design and permitting, to construction oversight and certification. She has prepared environmental and hazardous waste permits for manufacturing and recycling facilities throughout the US. She is focused on assisting additional facilities with environmental compliance and hazardous waste permitting. As a PE, she is certified in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, California, Georgia, Maine, Arizona, and Indiana.

Remedial Design

  • Waste containment by capping and slurry wall. Lagoon closure by solidification and capping. Clean closure by excavation and disposal.

  • Coordination with client and regulatory agencies to meet client needs and gain regulatory approval of design

Geotechnical Engineering

  • Investigations to evaluate load-bearing capacity of soils for shallow foundation, retaining wall and bridge abutment design

  • Management of construction oversight projects for evaluation of existing soil conditions, fill placement, load-bearing capacity of soils, and placement of reinforced cast-in-place concrete
