A Message to Our Clients and Friends Regarding COVID-19
As the country continues to act against spreading the COVID-19 virus, we have been closely monitoring this issue. Roux is committed to the safety of our employees and clients, and we are working around the clock to minimize any business disruption.
Roux is doing everything we can to abide by the local, state, and federal guidelines. Earlier this month, Roux proactively began to educate our employees on the potential risks and mitigative measures to prevent the spread of this novel coronavirus. Throughout the firm we have reduced in-person meetings and opted to utilize other technologies such as video and audio conferencing to ensure business continuity. We worked on applying proper social distancing in the office and in the field. Additionally, we have stepped up measures to increase frequency of cleaning/disinfecting of our offices.
While we have not shut down or closed any of our offices (except where local governments have implemented shelter-in-place protocols), the majority of our employees are working remotely to protect the health of our people and their families, reduce the density of our work environment, and promote social distancing. We remain dedicated to making ourselves available to our clients and continuing to produce the quality work that is expected from Roux as a firm.
As always, the well-being of our employees, clients, and vendors are our highest concern. At Roux, these people are considered our families and we are striving for a “business as usual” performance while taking the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe.
