Former Wall-Board Manufacturing Facility

Roux completed site investigation and remediation activities under the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) in response to a plant shut down and to prepare the site for redevelopment. Work included wetlands assessment, soil investigation and cleanup, demonstration that groundwater impact was due to upgradient conditions, and preparation of a pre-demolition building material sampling plan. An unrestricted use response action outcome (RAO) was issued by Roux's Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP).
