Roux’s Sunny Huang is scheduled to present Tuesday, October 21 at 1:30pm on Risk Based Remediation Strategy Applications as Applied to New Jersey Site Remediation as part of Session 7. The goal of the presentation is to provide a summary of recent graduate student research pertaining to remediation strategies as applied to three New Jersey-based active site remediation projects. The research entails a hypothetical application of three state regulatory program risk-based tools and/or policies (California, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts) to determine how remediation and closure could be progressed under different state programs, using three New Jersey sites as examples.
