Riverine Surface Water Sampling and Permitting

Roux conducts surface water sampling to support the client’s discharge permit at a major dredge management facility along the Delaware River. Surface water samples are collected upstream, downstream, and near the mouth of the wet rehandling basin by boat based on the timing of dredge storage and pumping events. Surface water samples are collected from the Confined Disposal Facility discharge weir during discharge events. In addition to sample collection, Roux evaluates the data, communicates with the regulatory agencies, assists the client with regulatory compliance, and prepares routine reports for submission.
