Roux evaluated the toxicity and potential risks of PCBs in soils at a former manufacturing facility. By demonstrating that the PCBs found at the Site (Aroclor 1254) should be treated as a non-carcinogen, Roux was able to significantly reduce the volume of soils that required removal from the Site, saving the client approximately $44 million.
