Precious Metal Fabrication Facility Demolition & Site Remediation

Roux completed remediation at a 100-year-old, 20-acre former precious metal fabrication facility. The project was performed quickly to meet deadlines for property transfer to a developer. Investigations included a wetlands survey and ecological risk evaluations. Remediation included asbestos abatement, demolition, and the removal of contaminated soil and separate-phase metallic mercury.
