Hudson Exchange

Roux is the environmental consultant and LSRP for the second phase of this large-scale, high-end, mixed residential and commercial redevelopment in downtown Jersey City. The second phase of this redevelopment includes the construction of a 60-story, mixed multi-family residential and commercial tower. Construction of this second phase is well underway and completion is anticipated in summer 2026. As part of this project, Roux completed extensive site investigation, designed the site remedy, is providing construction support, and manages all environmental reporting, regulatory agency interaction, and LSRP requirements.
