CSR Spotlight: September 2025

Oakland Pride: Oakland, California Office

On Sunday, September 7, Roux’s Oakland office sponsored and walked in the Oakland Pride parade in support of the LGBTQ+ community. As a sponsor, Oakland CSR donated $2,000 to the event. The money that sponsors and donors give not only cover the organization’s operating costs that fuel their events, but provide support for the Oakland LGBTQ+ community and other essential services to queer and POC community partners.

Assabet River Cleanup: Burlington, Massachusetts Office

On the same day on the East Coast, volunteers from Roux’s Massachusetts office braved the rain to participate in a cleanup of the Wood Park area along the Assabet River in association with the Organization for the Assabet River (OARS). OARS is an organization that does advocacy for the Assabet River and associated watershed who hosts various events to help remove invasive species, clean up the river and surrounding area, and perform water quality monitoring.
