Roux Speaking at 2017 Annual Waste Conference

Tuesday, April 25 Roux’s Martin Hamper will be speaking at the 2017 Annual Waste Conference, presented by the Air & Waste Management Association Lake Michigan States Section. The conference entails a full day of exploring critical, cutting-edge issues in the management of waste, including discussion/clarification of regulations, proven solutions for waste management, and more.

Martin Hamper will be leading off Session IV, Federal Regulatory Changes: What You Need to Know to Get an “A” in Hazardous Waste Management, discussing USEPA’s Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule. Mr. Hamper’s presentation looks at one of the two new USEPA final rules that will affect broad industry sectors, as covered in Section IV.

2017 Annual Waste Conference

Roux Presenting at CICI’s Annual RCRA Training Seminar

Thursday, March 16 The Chemical Industry Council of Illinois (CICI) is hosting their Annual Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Training Seminar. The day begins with Roux’s Martin Hamper, Senior Geologist, presenting the RCRA Annual Refresher, followed by talks on solid and non-hazardous waste, record-keeping, disposing and recycling, and more. This seminar will allow professionals to get their eight hours of training under RCRA (40 CFR Section 265.16) & USDOT (49 CFR Section 172.704).
