Friday, September 23 at 10:15 am Roux’s Adam Love, Ph.D. of our Oakland, California office will be presenting Did Law Kill Science? Understanding the Impact of Davis v. Honeywell and the “One Fiber Theory” on Asbestos and Environmental Cases, along with Noel Edlin of Bassi Edlin Huie & Blum LLP. The presentation will highlight the following:
