Roux Associates has been partnering with regional, national, and international insurance companies that must respond to environmental claims since 1990. We offer insurers our expertise by evaluating environmental claims, developing estimates of reasonable environmental costs, assisting in settlement negotiations, providing expert witness services, and performing remedial investigations and clean-ups.
We’ve supported 25 insurance carriers in their efforts to fairly evaluate costs and liabilities for environmental investigations and remediation projects. Our projects for insurers range from assisting homeowners as they remediate fuel spills from oil storage tanks to evaluating future environmental costs at a chemical plant to performing investigation and remediation services at an old mining site.
