Roux conducted a detailed regulatory analysis of the new Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) regulations published n the Federal Register of July 17, 2002. Roux then conducted seminars for several of our clients highlighting the impact of the new regulations on the transportation industry and recommending actions to minimize the operational and financial impact of the new SPCC regulations. Roux generated various "SPCC Plan templates" that insured consistency and compliance with the new regulations. We then tailored the templates to specifically meet the needs of each individual client and assisted in updating more than one hundred SPCC Plans for transportation facilities, including airports and package distribution facilities, located in twenty-five states.
