For our insurance carrier clients and their policyholders, Roux Associates has “taken-over” remediation projects where either remediation costs have spun out of control or where previously submitted remediation plans have been rejected by environmental regulators.  Because we have a long-term relationship with our carrier clients, we have an incentive to deliver quality, cost effective service that meets the insured’s obligations. 

Since 2001, we have assumed project control and engineering responsibility for hundreds of environmental remediation projects that were first brought to our attention by insurance carriers.  These sites have ranged from small releases associated with unregulated heating oil tanks to gas stations to landfill caps.  In each case, both the insured and the carrier agreed that Roux Associates was the appropriate consulting firm to manage the project in a cost-effective manner that meets both their needs.
