Roux Sponsors NYLCVEF’s “Green Infrastructure Recommendations for New York City” Report

The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is moving forward with a Green Infrastructure Plan to manage and reduce combined sewer overflows (CSOs), and ultimately improve water quality in New York waterways. To advance the DEP and other agencies in this continued process, the New York League of Conservation Voters Education Fund (NYLCVEF) created “Green Infrastructure Recommendations for New York City,” a report sponsored by Roux Associates that will help New York City enlarge the success of their Green Infrastructure Plan. The green infrastructure technologies used to improve water quality will also reap other environmental benefits for coastal resiliency, air quality, climate mitigation, energy demands, and habitat.
