Combined Phase I Environmental Site Assessment/Compliance Audits

Roux Associates performs combined Phase I ESAs and compliance audits for this diversified manufacturing company with locations throughout the United States.  As part of their ongoing audit program, combined compliance audits and Phase I assessments are conducted at all facilities on a rotating basis to maintain and monitor compliance, as well as to provide an updated facility baseline in the event of a merger or acquisition/divestiture.  This program includes a comprehensive environmental, health and safety compliance audit and the preparation of action plans for facilities’ to address all findings.  In addition, a detailed review of current and historical operations is conducted to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions that may be addressed as part of the ongoing program.  To date, Roux Associates has provided these services to this client at facilities located in Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and New York.
