Development of Corporate Reporting Strategy for New USEPA Rule

USEPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule establishes a special set of requirements for suppliers of petroleum products (40 CFR 98, subpart MM). Roux Associates is assisting a major terminal operator with interpretation of rule requirements, and establishment of monitoring programs and recordkeeping procedures for 20 petroleum terminals that handle approximately 2.5 billion gallons of petroleum products, 170 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 3 million tons of bulk materials annually.
