Roux Associates provided expert services for several multi-million dollar mold claims involving large commercial hotels. The cases concerned a series of complex water intrusion investigations and associated damages. Tasks completed by Roux Associates included:

Expert services included evaluation of intrusion pathways to determine the root-cause of water damage claims. We assisted in determining the age of water damage and appraisal of appropriate remedy for final cure of the problem. One case included the development of remediation specifications and construction management of a multi-million dollar remedy. Roux Associates provided onsite construction managers for extended time frames to ensure various elements of the remedy were followed in accordance with agreed work scopes. In additional cases, Roux Associates prepared detailed cost analysis reports for mold and structural related damages. The information was used for settlement purposes and cost allocation.
