Roux Associates provided expert services for a potential multi-million dollar mold lawsuit against a major school system. Working for the defense, the case was to certify class action status for a group of school age children claiming health risks from a series of water intrusion events in multiple school buildings. Tasks completed by Roux Associates included:

Expert services included evaluation of intrusion pathways to determine the root-cause of water damage, review of third-party studies and assisting in developing defense approach to the claims. Roux Associates evaluated construction and maintenance documentation to assist in determining the age of water damage and appraisal of appropriate remedy for final cure of remediation. Roux Associates provided depositions on facts of the case for the defense.
