Roux Associates has consulted on a broad spectrum of environmental topics for the Food and Beverage Industry. Some of our projects include pre-acquisition assessment of potential processing plant sites for environmental and construction constraints such as limitations from past use of the property or the presence of environmentally sensitive areas such as wetlands, mitigation of environmentally-challenged situations, site-specific design of wastewater systems and permitting air emissions, and developing waste minimization programs and innovative water disposal alternatives, such as the use of Engineered Natural Systems.
