RCRA

Since its beginnings in 1981, Roux Associates has been active in hazardous waste management, first with investigations in support of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Part A and Part B applications, later with hazardous waste treatment and storage facility closure and monitoring, and with the RCRA corrective action program. Roux Associates and its associated engineering design companies, Remedial Engineering, P.C. (New York) and Roux Engineering, Inc. (Illinois), have conducted numerous facility investigations under the RCRA program including RCRA Facility Assessments (RFAs), RCRA Facility Investigations (RFIs), Verification Investigations (VIs) and Corrective Measures Studies (CMSs). We are committed to understanding our clients' business objectives and developing a RCRA compliance program tailored to those objectives. We employ state-of-the-art techniques to minimize the costs of investigations and monitoring. Through the early development and application of risk-based closure objectives, we can frequently avoid unnecessary investigative, monitoring and remedial expenditures.
