Brownfield and Site Redevelopment
Roux Associates' staff has extensive experience providing cost-effective consulting services at sites associated with Brownfields initiatives and voluntary cleanup programs intended to address the restoration and redevelopment of contaminated properties. Our use of strategic planning and negotiations during site redevelopment allows the level of cleanup to be consistent with the intended future use of a property and focuses on completing the redevelopment in minimal time, saving costs typically associated with protracted remediation projects.
We are intimately familiar with the regulatory requirements associated with voluntary cleanup and Brownfield programs in several states, and have completed dozens of major site redevelopment projects for both private corporations and municipalities through these programs.
