Roux Associates consults primarily for large and mid-size industrial, insurance and real estate developer clients. Our client list includes major companies in the chemical, petroleum, manufacturing, transportation, food/beverage, energy/utilities, and pharmaceutical industries, among others. We are retained extensively by major law firms and from time to time by local governments, primarily municipalities.
While the majority of our work is in the United States, we have completed a number of International Projects around the world. Our staff can communicate in more than 15 languages. In addition, we have established teaming relationships with local consulting firms in a number of countries.
Much of our work is driven by CERCLA, RCRA, UST, CWA, CAA, OSHA, EPCRA and property transfer regulations, as well as related litigation.
