Multiple Landfill and Environmental Capping Projects

Roux Associates performed full-time construction management services for dozens of large-scale landfill and environmental capping projects throughout the Northeastern United States (including Old Bridge, NJ; Slatington, PA; Syracuse, NY; Camden, NJ; Kenilworth, NJ) over the past several years. Project durations have ranged from eight weeks to eight months and have included caps constructed of geotextiles, high density polyethylene liners, vegetative soil caps, wetland transition areas and asphalt. Field oversight of pre- and post-construction surveys, installation of grade stake surveys, cap construction, liner weld inspections, review of compaction results and moisture results, and material thickness have been performed during the course of construction of these projects. Each project has a licensed professional civil engineer assigned to assure that all work products are provided as required by site-specific contract specifications and drawings, which have often been prepared by Roux Associates.
