PCB Remediation and Asphalt Capping Project

In addition to completing the detailed design, preparation of contract specifications and drawings and contractor bidding process, Roux Associates was retained to perform full time construction management services for the 6-month implementation of field activities. While in the field, Roux Associates maintained daily field logs of all activities performed including the quantities of all materials entering and exiting the site, performed on-site project management, acted as the client's representative, and documented compliance with the project specifications and remedial action work plans to provide the necessary final certifications at the project's completion. As a result of Roux Associates' day to day interaction and effective project management skills during the course of field activities, the project was completed approximately four weeks early with no change orders on a base contract amount of approximately $5,000,000.
