Water Treatment Plant Modifications/Building Addition

Roux Associates engineers provided construction oversight and operations and maintenance training for a municipal water treatment plant addition that was part of this design and construction management project. Our ability to manage all types of contractors was further tested because the construction was performed by the successful low bidder (general contractor with multiple subcontractors) as a result of the public bidding process, and not a known remedial contracting firm. Activities included construction management and on-site inspections of the civil construction of the plant as well as the mechanical, electrical and controls additions necessary to integrate the new water treatment plant equipment.
