Roux Associates was contracted by a local subsidiary of the Harsco Corporation to assist a minerals processing facility with advancing their air pollution control compliance program. To this end, Roux staff visited the facility and reviewed their air pollution control operating permit. From this information, Roux staff specialists prepared new compliance operating procedures for the plant, and recommended changes to their control equipment operating parameters, maintenance procedures, and monitoring equipment.

Roux Associates is now in the process of preparing compliance training and compliance audit programs to assure that the plant operators fully understand and are implementing the facility's obligations for operating in and demonstrating compliance with their air permit.
